FM-iCal-Connector is a powerful solution for FileMaker Pro, Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion, Apples latest Operating System.

With the FM-iCal-Connector FileMaker plug-in, the connectivity of FileMaker solutions on the Mac give you new possibilities to share your iCal events and tasks in an easy way.

Create, get, change or delete calendars, events and tasks directly out of your database. And this works too for calendars hosted by the new iCal-Server or any other CalDav-Server – like Google Calendar or Kerio-Connect.

The plug-in helps you to integrate FileMaker Pro into the new calendar-workflow provided by Apple Inc. with MacOS X 10.5 Leopard.

Now, with FM-iCal-Connector, FileMaker is a real calendar team player.

This magic is done without any AppleScript, it is all native Cocoa. There is no need to open iCal-Application itself. And it is really fast.

What is new in version 3.0

Version 3.0 ships with the most requested feature since the first release in 2007:

iCal Notifications

All changes in iCal will be automatically synchronized in your FileMaker database. If you create, update or delete an event or task in iCal, FM-iCal-Connector is now doing the heavy lifting automatically for you!

FM-iCal-Connector in version 3.0 is compatible with FileMaker 12. Additional information about the new version can be found in the manual inside the download package.

All clients who purchased a license in 2012 will get a free update in the next days by email. Clients who purchased their license before 01/01/2012 can purchase the update easily in our online-shop.

NOTE: The new iCal Notifications feature is only available for network- and developer licenses!

Requirements

Minimum requirement is FileMaker Pro 8.5 and MacOS X 10.5. The plug-in is a universal binary and runs on Intel- and PowerPC-based Mac computer. FileMaker 11 and MacOS X 10.7 Lion are fully supported.

Notice: MacOS X 10.7 Lion requires FileMaker 11.

Notice: Previous versions of FM-iCal-Connector are not compatible with FileMaker 12. You need the lastest version 3.0 with FileMaker 12.
